We offer secured Trust Deed investments that, recently, have been yielding between 7%-10%.  


For example: A $70,000 investment with Hyalite would be secured assigning you as 1st position lien holder on a property worth about $100,000.  By lending your money at a 65% to 75% loan-to-value, you minimize your risk of a negative valuation adjustment  in real estate prices.  You can choose to have monthly/quarterly/or annual payments based on your investment strategy.  Terms range from 6 months to 5 years.
